Gaby Infante is the visionary and culinary talent behind Salsa Morita Rica. Born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico and a longtime resident of both Phoenix and Los Angeles, cooking has long been a passion and a creative outlet that has enabled Gaby to connect with those around her, no matter where she is. From baking and selling Mexican cheesecakes in Puerto Rico to vegan ceviche in Phoenix, Gaby’s authentic and inventive creations never fail to leave people intrigued, surprised, and craving for seconds. Her latest venture, Salsa Morita Rica, is the product of a years long effort to craft the perfect blend of chiles, nuts, seeds, and spices to enhance the flavor of any dish.
